about me

I have been learning Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan since 2013. I study with Sifu Gary Wragg at Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy, Bethnal Green, London. In 2016 I was registered as an instructor (Advanced level) with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. I have won medals in hand and weapon forms in national and international competitions such as the British Open, the London Competition for Traditional Tai Chi Chuan, the European Championships, Dutch Open, and the International Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation Competition in Singapore. I teach a variety of classes at Wu’s Academy Bethnal Green, from beginners to intermediates. Outside the club I currently teach at Signature at Wimbledon Care Home, King’s College (University of London), and Imperial College (University of London), among others. My youngest students was 6 year old and oldest 102 years old.

I'm pleased to offer private lessons for groups and individuals in Wu style Tai Chi Chuan.
I teach many aspects of Tai Chi Chuan including:

Hand Forms – 108 standard hand form, 21 Form, 12 Form, Kick Form.
Seated Form, exercises and Qigong suited for people with impaired mobility
QiGong (Chi Kung)
Pushing Hands
Self-defence applications
Meditation  
Loosening exercises
